I don't think the climbs/descents are significant enough to give Kessiakoff the edge. He's not really a good time trialist on the flat. His position is a lot less aerodynamic than the pure specialist's and he hasn't really trained specifically for it either.

Yeah but he was leading in the previous ones and before the vuelta he was the fav.

Btw what about the giro '11 poll or the one of the tour '09/'10 ?

It's stupid superstition, that's all. And it's the superstition of a fan, like that would affect Contador lol
