Good use of the word "sir" there. It is always important to be respectful right before hitting someone. It lessens the blow.

Yeah, I tried to beat the rush and sent mine a couple of days ago. Robert seems to be busy hunting down the answers to all of our questions as he hasn't had the time to write back as of yet.

You are probably aware of it, but if you hadn’t heard, the new cyclingnews.com website is an utter disaster. Here is a link to the 370 comments about the new design.

Worse, whoever is responding from your company seems to be defensive and even dismissive of the critiques they are receiving.

Cyclingnews is a great asset; I just hope you can find someone who will listen to their customers to run it.
