Yoga routine to fix lower back pain in cyclists

Hi all,

Thought some of you might find this useful. It popped up on PinkBike a while ago, I had it recommended to me and it does really help both with core strength and flexibility. All the moves are split into separate videos so you can get the form right and if you go to the bottom of the page the full routine is there (about 25 minutes long).

I would say it's probably useful even if you don't have lower back problems.

Yoga is excellent for strength and flexibility, concentrate on form rather than outright power for the best benefits.

I also recommend finding a good Physiotherapist with experience working with endurance athletes and bike fitting. I've worked with a few over the years and the benefits are good. They can also teach you how to perform basic massage and body maintenance for those little niggles as well.
