Very nice comment. Thanks...though some would argue that I'm really a bullsh!tter. :)

Problem is that he thinks he knows more about what to do than his attorneys. Dude's a nightmare client.

"I think we can all agree" - we taught you everything you know about how to bulls!t.
Congrats man.

What, no Poll?

We should vote on if we think he passed or not, call it Chewy's Big Pole

Of course he passed. In fact he already has his commercial ready

Chewy's Big Pole! Omfg. What does Chewbacca, who's from Kashyyyk, have to do with a big Polack?

Yes, Chewie, you are. One of the biggest. However, that ain't necessarily a bad thayng ('specially seein' as y'all from the fine state of Nahth Cayrlina).

It was once pointed out to me, on complaining that a lawyer was a snake, duplicitous, a liar, and a Sophist. "Well, you know, a lawyer is a lot like a hired gunslinger. Except his ammunition is words." Quite frankly, that changed my outlook on lawyers to this day. You hire a lawyer to win the fight. And, in real life, black and white are very hard to define when you are working with shades of grey.

Mr. Chewbacca, Esq.: Congratulations, and many wishes for a long and successful career! Live long and prosper!

Oh, wait a sec - wasn't that the other SF film? Ahh, nvm.

You know, just for fun, sometimes I click on those "10 Worst Dressed" links?

Red's guy gets it on this one. Hands down. Talk about BAAAAD stylin'. Man - THAT is UGLY style. I mean, LOOK at that tie! And the YELLOW shirt? With cuffs fully out of the jacket sleeves? Appalling. Just, appalling. And THEN, he sticks a little blue ribbon on. Wuhuh.

I just finished the NC Bar exam today. I have as much interest in reading anything associated with law as I do in having my stomach pulled out via my a$$. I'll wait for the abridged version listed here.

Looking forward to reading about you trying important cases like this:

and this

I think clip is very instructional too now that all that school BS is out of the way: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZZkbtP-t_D8

Best wishes.

Thanks Mark...though I think to most people, "elevated" in relation to attorneys means that I just sank below the level of pond scum. :)

Happy day TFF!

The worst few weeks of my life were the weeks leading up to taking the Bar. Only time in my life I would wake up in the middle of the night from stress unable to go back to sleep ... I'd get up and start studying again at 3am or whatever and my wife would be like WTF are you doing???

Then taking the bar ... during the second day they started setting up an outdoor concert venue right outside the building in which we were taking the test ... and in the middle of the second afternoon they go to soundcheck and crank up Tracy Chapman's "Gimme One Reason" at a volume that shook my table. I think they made it through the fcuking song three times before someone managed to stop them. For a highly frazzled brain that was just lovely. Still hate that song.

Anyway, I know what you've been through and know it feels good to be on the other side! Congrats!
