I was always taught that honesty was the best option - clearly not where doping is concerned!;) I realise this is a contradiction in terms, however, when someone holds their hands up and says "I did it" this shouldn't mitigate a lesser sanction but it definately should not attract a harder...

I have to agree, they may be great biomechanically, but they do need a nice sidi oversock!!;)

I've not found anything that beats a Vitoria Corsa CX as a road racing tub. .....and regarding mixing glue and tape, I've never had a problem when I have been forced into mixing them, but by preference have found continental tub cemment on both tub and rim to be the best.

I've heard that I can use the new shimano 10 speed shifters (ultegra or 105) with existing ultegra 9spd kit. I don't need 10 speed, I just like the 'cleaner' look of concealed cables. At the end of the day an accurate, reliable shift is more important to me that asthetics, so happy to stay with...

I'm looking for some new racing wheels for next year. Any views on what to buy or what not to buy? I have about 1,000 pounds to spend.

Cranks V's hub????? Is the power measured by power cranks all 'useful' power ie makes you move forward? when the strain gauges in power cranks distort some of the distortion could be in a direction that has no beneficial effect upon making the cranks go around but is 'strain' on the gauge none...
