Re:
LOL as we all know, being strong does not count for anything.
But at least he knows that he made some mistakes and hopefully will learn from those mistakes.
BTW, I can't wait for next year when he will reach Pogačar's age and start crushing the field just like the young Slovenian.

Stuff happens.
He is well positioned, and it only takes one small mistake, and Roglic may be out.
Vincenzo already won the TdF mostly because of the misfortunes of Froome and Contador, so he is no stranger to this situation where he needs to wait for his chance patiently.

As you have seen, not much has changed as he was very unlucky once again ...
Poor guy, I was actually hoping that he will win California so we can build up the TdF hype once again.

I cannot wait for next year when Remco will be at Pogačar's age (Pogačar is about 1 year and 4 months older) and winning WT races just like Pogačar is this year.
We will be in for some great entertainment when these two talented youngers will be battling it...
Baldy is a mediocre stage. The finish is hard but too short and all that climbing prior to that is not very selective.
I wish they would do Palomar Mt (south grade) as MTF stage. Much longer (20km) and harder climb averaging about 7%.
