Yeah, I've got people coming over today to watch; big PR party going and even though it seems like a waste of money I just wanted to ensure I was going to have SOMETHING. I could just see being cheap about it and then for some reason nothing else was unrestricted!

It was WAY better last spring season; actually got a lot of stuff for the money. This year it's really just PR and Brabantse-Pijl, other audio feeds. Oh well, I've spent the same amount of money on WAY more foolish stuff... :)

If the only way I could watch this race was by paying 30 euros, I would. Every single time.
But that's exactly what's going to be the problem.

I use the free teamskyfans.com and my feed is great. Have one of my laptops hooked up to the flat screen and my surround sound. Dim has a great thing going there, and I am really appreciative of his efforts to bring us races.

Damn that is a nasty looking stretch of cobbles there...

Thanks for the tip; I've not checked them out but will do so. Very thankful for the work of anyone bringing this stuff to the states. Used to be stuck with Phil and Paul in the afternoon, well after the race finish..(though I was damn glad to have it..)

Damn this is great being able to watch from so early on; really get to see the race building up. And get a way better sense of how long and hard this damn thing is; this is what we never got with Versus/OLN. great stuff.

Yea, there for a couple of years they had roubaix live on VS...still had to listen to tweedle dee, tweedle dumb, and gap tooth, but it was live. Now, I pass on their weak highlights show. And with streamtorrent, even if they do shut feeds down elsewhere, I can get a feed there. I will do anything not to have to watch the Three Musketeers of Stupidity.

why is garmin pushing the tempo?

So they can exhaust their riders early, ensuring that none of them will have to pull later when it matters.

i am going with dumb and dumber tonight because it's the only coverage I will get on my telvision which is a better quality picture and sound, so i will only be on here for another hour!

I hope Thomas has a good race today. He was a beast last week, and I like a guy who is willing to ride like hell every chance he gets.
