In general, true, but Kristoff is almost unbeatable after a long hard race.

The one random result I remember is the 2019 Yorkshire worlds, I had a random shot on him for the win and he won the consolation bunch sprint after the leaders and no-hope chasers for 7th. He really likes bad conditions.

I think they're two different people. Young Marcel Kittel might impressed them both, though, decent German time trialist with decent upper look.
