Didn't Terpstra spend the entirety of that finale cooperating to make sure he was going to get to a sprint he couldn't possibly win?
Terpstra stopped working with Kristoff at around 3-4 km to go.

Welsford has had a good start to his pro career, that was a really good ride today.

It's giving me the itch to look for highlightsIs this the first time any of the previous threads for this race reached past 4 pages?
Which is crazy since they seemed to work well together those stages at the Tour.Philipsen and Merlier are such a dysfunctional pairing.
Facts. I saw the result on pro cycling stats and was like, what the heck happened. It sounds and looked like a crazy race based off the results. It's giving me the itch to look for highlights
Terpstra was the one initiating the attack and I think he was clearly more in the front (until the last 3 km or so). Kristoff struggled a bit at Kwaremont, but was much better and didn’t have any problems at Paterberg.Yeah, but Kristoff actually looked stronger than Terpstra on the climbs.
How is it legal this turns out to be a good race?

First time Kristoff won solo since Stage 3 of the 2009 Ringerike GP. Has been a while...Even better when the solo breakaway is done by a sprinter.
