Most crucial part of the race right here. A lot of people putting themselves out of contention.

This quintet should line up and push.
This is the best opportunity for all of them, and 5 strong men is enough at this distance.
Just push.

Why are Eurosport saying that Sagan and Štybar have raced the Czechoslovakia national champsionships together. That country broke up when Sagan was 3 years old

It's a joint race. First of each to cross the line wins the respective title.
Stybar and Sagan usually work together to come to the finish together. Each wins their respective title.

Ye, but what lucky means is that Czechoslovakia doesn't exist anymore. It's the Slovakian and Czech joint Nats, not the Czechoslovakian CN.

Here in Portugal it is still common to refer to the Czech Republic as Czechoslovakia.

GVA is looking fresh having done no work so far. His race to lose.
Apart from that 10km solo chase he did earlier in the race. Could still catch up with him. And he'll probably still have to drop Degenkolb at some point if he wants to win the sprint.

I don't know how people can tell who's looking better than whom at this point. They all look tired, while also looking might strong. Everyone there has taken some massive pulls or done at least some attacking, and all of them have had difficulties closing gaps.
