How the hell is Naesen still there?! Interesting to contrast his and GVA's endurance with that of Sagan. All had serious problems in this race, but those two just have the better engines.

Just felt like highlighting how well those two have done. I'm sure there will be a lot of wailing about how bad luck cost Sagan the win. But those two had as bad luck (worse for Naesen) and are still in contention - having been taken out by Sagan in a good position also last week. So I think they deserve the headlines here really - incredible endurance effort from both of them.

Stop this bs. Nobody cares in Peloton when Naesen has flat, but peloton goes mad when Sagan GVA Boonen has any problem. That is the difference.

That's a fair point. I don't think it will be the case for much longer though. Naesen has put himself in the top tier of classics riders this spring as far as I'm concerned. GVAs endurance is phenomenal though - I bet he wishes there were races 350km long!

He could at least pretend a little bit, but I guess he just doesn't give a ***, which is fair enough if he can get away with it.

I would still give GVA the better chance in the sprint though.
