tack Bro,

the dumbarses at the Tour of Qatar prologue, had Boason wearing Nordhaug's skinsuit, and Arvesen wearing Boason's skinsuit.

Either they got up to some Oscar Wilde hijinks in the team bus, or their kit manager FAILED Team Sky, fail again.

Luckily Dim is not around to hear you say that!:D

Typical Sky... Unprofessional;)

And yes Contador was a solid TT guy, but now is the one of the best, wasn't necessarily saying his rise was due to dope, but the dismissed Puerto case does still linger in my mind. Edit: He put 2:18 into AC on that final stage

You can now try to spin it however you want but the original implication was obvious, at least to me. The fact that you insert Puerto into it fortifies it. The fact is that a young Contador began running out of gas on the last mountainous stage and his fatigue effected his TT performance. Responding to the volley of attacks from Rassmussen took its toll. It wasn't as if LL was there with Contador exchanging furious attacks on mountain slopes with Rassmussen. He was back in the bunch playing the loyal teammate.

It's a 3 week long event. This was Contador's 2nd Tour. It was only natural that he would be fatigued by the Tour's end and have a subpar performance near its end. LL on the other hand was a rider with a body with multiple grand tours in them and with that comes a development of enduring strength and physical maturity.

Lets just say he was fatigued... I'm in no mood to fight after being up till 2:30 this morning!

or a great actor?

He is a great actor. A normal humane person would not post this:

Yeah, what a joke..... Humans have no impact on the changing world climate its all just some dirty red plot. If i want to drive around in a huge car that wastes more oil than the Exxon Valdez thats my god darn right and no vegetarian, dreadlocked hippy is going to tell me what I can and carnt do.

And dont even start me on those soft whingers in third world countries. They should shut up and start to earn some money so they can drive a big car like me, all it takes is some god darn effort.

Edit: The Armstrong Show starts at around 8 minutes.

Thanks for the clip link. I don't know if anyone has commented on what I'm about to point out because I haven't read this whole thread, but this is worth noting.

When the peloton hit the base of that climb Armstrong sent the entire Radio Shack team to the front of the peloton to string it out. Then he got dropped. This means he definitely thought he had a shot to win right up untill he got dropped, despite his talking down his chances. Also, Armstrong's torso is just bloated with fat. He's going to get completely destroyed in July.

Anyone want to start taking bets on Armstrong's career ending with an Abandon in the mountains in the TDF?

How in God's name is 8th in a TT "plain ***"? Your shtick is getting old man. We get it, you hate Lance, but doesn't mean you have to be dishonest about results. Did he dominate? No. Did he look on the path to winning the TDF? nope. But guess what? It is still pretty good.

1:18 down from the winner in this field (not all the TDF favorites are here) for a guy talking about winning the TDF actually really is "plain sh!t." For many other riders of course it is a decent result, but again for a TDF GC contender it is cause for serious concern. It's about the context.

yep, good summary. Agreed.

Levi is just behind the top level of chrono riders in his era. Just behind.

In one interview, Lance admits that he's not doing so well on the hills, due to a lack of race miles since the TDU. In another, he admits that he still has weight to lose. Sounds reasonable, but what happened to being stronger, leaner, lighter than last year? Or was that just CC justifying his profile in Velonews?

"Lance, you're a star, you're a star in cycling. What do you think about that?"
Who knew WonderLance was a female Spanish journalist?
