They say he's out after a fall now. Don't know what to believe.

MORE Twitter LIES!!! Gesink finishes.

1.08 down, so a minute on Horner & Valv, 50 seconds on Peraud, Inxtausi & Co.

Horner to "twitter" again?

Boxed in obviously. Also you could see timed explosions in Valverde's legs right before he started his sprint.

Gesink beats twitter.:)
Could have done with putting that hill on again.
That really would have smashed them to pieces!

Great stage! very sorry for Txurukka, though. Don't think he would have won the stage anyway, but he might just have.. anyone seen him finish? Horrible shame if he has to abandon and lose the jersey.

My thoughts too. He's just gotta win something I guess. Get the monkey off his back.

At least he didn't look hurt, so it wasn't a fall that might screw up the classics later this month.

Yeah, I typed that with a fall in my head, flats can't be avoided. Although Rabo has had a lot of trouble since they switched to Giant.

He'll certainly challenge for the win (Gesink always challenges); but actually take it..... I don't think so.

Gesink will get another 3rd-6th place to add to his ever growing list of 'nearlies'

NAILED IT 5 days ago!!!

Sadly.

We'll probably get to read on the Rabosport site that Gesink did the fastest climb, the fastest descent, and again the fastest climb on that final ramp... all for nothing. Jeez Rabo, buy some decent tires, FFS.
