I'd agree. Rettenbachferner is definitely the hardest. Totally unrelenting and way up high. Was great in the Deutschland Tour.

They did tinker with the parcours last year, by actually using the Grossglockner as a second MTF, but yes, same old same old.

The 3 "mountain" stages have 10+ hours of live tv coverage, this year.
Can be seen free to air on ORF Sport plus/WT 1, as delayed on the day live.

4 in the break I think:

Martin Schöffmann (WSA)
Greg van Avermaet (BMC)
Nicolas Edet (COF)
Dimitry Kozonchuk (GEO)

3 minute gap now with around 50km to go

Wow, when was the last time Robbie Hunter won something?

13th of February, in Mumbai.
Nice to see Robbie on the podium.

Clarke 4th in a sprint?

He does have some reputation as a fast guy - look at his results until 2008/2009. He just doesn't get the chance to show it very often.

will there be a live stream tomorrow?

if machado doesn't lose time in the mountain he may smash it home in the 30k ITT

Yes, there will be a stream, but I'm 99.99% certain that it's georestricted.

Typical, I fail to see a sprinter in the startlist and he goes and wins. :D

Bennati is riding for Wagner too, just come back from an injury, didn't know that.

Will it be a break to in at the finish today or will it be a sprint out of the best of the bunch who got over Kitzbuheler?

Kessiakoff wins a minute ahead of Santambrogio, and a couple seconds later Koenig, Sastre and another 10-20 seconds Rohregger. Not great for Geox, but maybe good enough?

Kessiakoff is usually quite ok in a TT and that's a good lead.

Wonder what his time up the final climb was as he was one of the last to be dropped from Astana Tour selection.

no full results yet?

machado can't be in form since this is his first race since the giro. kessiakoff must be in top shape to pull this kind of performance. astana may regret not taking him to the tour
