Don't forget EE as well.

I think they will be saving themselves for a later stage he doesn't want to burn out all 25 of his climbing domestiques early. I have heard the rumours that the leopard bros worried that Conti allengiances will be to much been trying to make deals, at the moments quickstep and saur sojasun have indicated they will throw in there much vaunted climbers.

Seriously this saving yourself for Alps is bull****, especially for Contador. What if he just follows the Schlecks through the Pyrenees and is unable to drop them on the Alps? Thats his tour over and he didn't even attack in the Pyrenees.

why, contador could easily make up 1.30 on andy in the timetrial

Today, Bastille Day.
The French will be on top. ;)Morale is lifted.

Morale is one thing, high fives etc. But on this stage either the legs have it or they dont. Big question for me is Contadors knee - he isn't faking, there is a problem. How will he fare?

Average speed 38kmh, gap is 25".

Atrociously uninspiring start to the day, hopefully the finish is a polar opposite.

The traitors! Oh well, they fail in everything, so let them help Andy ;)

I wouldnt be surprised if some more accomplished climbers tried to get away on the tourmalet. Conserving energy for the time being.

Geraint Thomas in it, surely Rabobank will try to get this one back?

Don't have to. Thomas won't make it to the top of the Tourmalet and sure as hell won't make it to the finish before the main guys.

Thomas Voeckler wasn't going to make it to the finish 4 minutes ahead of the pack as well and look how that turned out

HTC will probably pull the breakaway back before the intermediate sprint and then the first proper breakaway of climbers on the Cat 1.

Nobody will help Leopard because nobody likes leopard and there hypocracy!!

I don't think it has to much to do with liking, it has to do with matching interests and accoutns payable/receivable

I'd say the chances are against the peloton completely stopping today. :)

I still remember G's comment on his own climbing last year, he mentioned to a journo that he had learnt alot about his climbing in the mountains that day when asked in what way hid reply was I can't. If think he would be better suited waiting for a hilly or flat stage.
