This could go down as one of the biggest screw-ups by a team in a long time. 8 km to go on the Tourmalet and the Luz Ardiden still to go and trek Leopard only has two guys left with the Schlecks. Voigt won't last much longer and then it will only be Monfort. Bad move in my opinion.

Leopard Trek have taken a MASSIVE gamble, if only Schlecks left then Szmyd, Navarro, Hernandez and Tiralongo are gonna set a huge pace on last climb. Watch out for Contador and Basso.

Hah! Harmon asked on twitter: Where is Leipheimer?" To which Harmon says, "I haven't seen him, I haven't a clue."
Probably someone should check Andy Schleck's prostate.

LOLheimer!

Wow so Vande Velde, Fuglsang, Martin and Gesink have all been tailed off. The pace must be reasonably high.

Gesink and Vande Velde have been in a ton of crashes, as have Leipheimer and Kloden, so my best guess is that they are not going well due to injuries.

Yep, he should definitely get himself to the front of the leopard train immediately, and drag the peloton up the penultimate climb.

Sometimes your biases get just a LITTLE bit in the way of logic. :)

I didn't mean right that second by "now." I meant for the rest of the Tour. If you think bottle could win a stage, you are fooling yourself. It isn't bias, that is reality.

I made a point in another forum that Geraint Thomas had a chance to win white and everybody laughed that he couldn't climb!! My point is proven he can climb!!

Impressed by Thomas!

Showing us nay-sayers he can climb quite well. It's not with the big guys, but still impressive.

He might actually compete for white jersey now. Since we've lost Gesink/Mollema and who not? Taaramae his competitor now.

I don't think Contador has the leg(s) today.

Porte still there is seems? Thought he dropped back...

G needs a lead before going downhill in his special not-quite-so-super-G speed...
