Has anybody on here even heard of Vladimar Isaichev (the dude that just dropped out)?

I had a list of 30 riders before the stage who had not been mentioned in Cyclingnews live feed or report (apart from results) and Isaichev was one of those.

He's a better climber, so why not. Of the 3 sprinters he's going to be the most comfortable getting over, and Moncoutie will have to go pretty deep to drop him.

Hushovd is an excellent descender, so he'll be difficult to get rid of before the finish. This could be his stage.
