Lampre on the front too. Who's paying them? :)

Alright Karpets back so.... What the hell were they doing (are doing) in the peloton?

I don't thin it's Evans duty to chase. He is in great position. He only needs to have his team help ride a good pace.

True. Evans is the last of the favourites who needs to chase

Remember, Cadel is 2 minutes up on Contador. So if I were him, I'd tell Alberto to chase.

Meanwhile, the gap is going up!

This is a farce... How can they gain time on the peloton? Wtf... 3'30

because the only people that have pulled the peloton along at a serious pace on a big mountain day in the past 4 years are cancellera, voight, o'grady and the sorensens.

none of the other teams have it in them to that.

Just thinking, we are on what stage 18, and the Yellow Jersey Wearers have been;

Gilbert, Hushovd, Voeckler. Interesting.

You're the guy with the Gilbert, Hushovd, Voeckler, Andy prediction? Pretty amazing.

Look who are doing the pulling in the peloton - Contador's mountain goat and the Euskaltels

Perfect Roleours...Bookwalter was at least keeping the gap steady. CAS working for Andy, slowing the peloton down.

Monfort is going to get a very lucrative contract after this ;). I was really glad to hear they signed him I've always liked the guy, he's really showing his worth (more so then Gerdemann he seems like a wasted signing right now).

It's quite simpe I guess. They only used guy's to chase who come back from the front croup or came back on the decent. All of them were allready tired by climbing. Andy, Monfort and Devenys though were doing well at the climb and still have power.

I guess that's also why there's no Euskatel anymore, not because they gave up but because the domestiques were just done.

Nope, just saying that I find it interesting that we are this deep and none of the top say 10 favourites pre-race have touched Yellow so far.
