Well done Thor, very strong. Only 2 in it in the end. Rojas got mega-blocked by one of the blue jersey (a Conti team?).

nice win by thor.

finally doing something with the rainbow jersey

Indeed. He didn't have a great season so far. I'm sure he could use it.

Stybar 8th :)

And he stoped sprinting 50metres from the line

And Stybar finished in front of Boonen despite being the leadout :D

I don't know where all this Hushovd hate is coming from. He's a gutsy rider.

Sky did all that work in the lead-up and couldn't put anyone in the top 10. Disappointing.

It's how he races in the bigger races.

We understood you didn't like Hushovd in your first post.

Well he shouldn't be wheelsucking then :p
But I admit, it was a nice win, he went at just the right time. Didn't think he'd still be there after pacing the bunch at 10k's to go

Reminded me a bit of the 2009 MSR sprint. I hope Hushovd is in top shape comming into the Tour, the first stage should be doable for him.

I thought this race was supposed to decide which of their two sprinters gets a Tour spot? I say: neither ;)
I agree! Bradley needs more mountain domestiques.

gva started sprinting from way behind, he could have done much better if he was at the front.

I strongly advice you to stop putting your hopes on GVA ever winning/coming close in any kind of bunch sprint;) he's not a sprinter.

Freire 5th.

Impressive for a man who had quit the race
the article said he was staying around for the sprint stages (today and tomorrow) and then he was going to leave for sinus surgery (not that anybody reads past the headlines anymore it seems ).
