Corrected.
Still weird, they don't enter the results manually do they? Time gaps are usually measured automatically. So the extra 2 could not have been a typo.
Maybe an error in the timing system

Nibali only had Nerz for company in that largeish group (although Capecchi was up the road). Liquigas taking it easy later in the stage or are they struggling a bit?

Nerz and Cappechi have been Nibali's only real help on tough days throughout the first couple weeks of this race. Cappechi was in the break, so Nibs was alone with Nerz. Surprised the likes of Sagan and Agnoli couldn't hang on to help out though...

Mollema didn't have Kruijswijk and Slagter with him either (instead Barredo and Garate). Maybe team orders so Slagter and Kruijswijk save themselves for the weekend?

Katusha and EE were the big winners today getting Brown and Snow a bit closer on GC. Good to see Nick Roche in the break today, but he'll be stuggling to keep up in the next couple of days. Good win by Albasini. Wiggins/Sky will have to be more careful in the next couple of days as the descents could prove more decisive. It's going to be chaos trying to control the race with just over 3 minutes between the first 20 riders.

Still think neither Moreno nor Nieve are any threat to the top GC anyway. Only for top 10

I don't see much hating on Nibali here actually; I even have the impression he's rather popular on cyclingnews.

Very true but I don't think Sky will be that worried. In fact, they could send Froome up the road or allow one of the GC contenders up the road to force the hand of the other teams.

These three days are the decisive ones on the tour so, like today, I expect some of the other teams to come to the fore.

Okay... I just have to share this rather funny, and probably very true, Twitter-quote from Marc de Maar:

I think I was the best rider from Curacao today

Everyday, man. everyday.

Quite a number of quality riders appear to have taken cycling's equivalent of a dive in the penalty box, today.
They'll either be charging up the road in the break looking for a stage win, or soft tapping on the final climb awaiting their team leaders......

most of the time cycling became nowadays very tactical,it's all about tactics and being shiit scared to blow big time and to lose your precious 8th place in gc.this is how it is.it's not about the lack of medical assistance and all of that.that's bullshiit(see gardeccia stage beauty or telegraphe-galibier).
let's face it,all the orders from the team cars are:"go in your own rhytme, steady tempo and if someone attacks, try to follow him".
nobody dares to risk and that's why we have guys attacking in the last km.that's a disgrace of course but what can we do....

Radioshack kept their lead in the team classification but its close with the top 4 teams covered by 1.58.

How much does the team classification matter to the teams? Doesnt really make much difference to me but i guess the teams themselves put a higher price on it. I imagine the sponsors like the sound of their team being the best too.

I think it depends. For a team going for the GC the TC will probably just be "a nice bonus". Whereas other teams might be going solely for the TC.

TC isn't the official abbreviation... I know...

With 8 days of race still to go I'd say nothing. They weren't worried about GEOX riders, but about some particular Katusha and AG2R riders being too close in GC and Sky alone being unable to keep the break at a safe distance. There must have been a word exchange between team cars to help.

With time yes, he become popular.
In the beginning he was not, at all, but after you replay a couple of his descent... it grows on you, at least he can handle a bike :D
