Sky and Liquigas, teams whose responsibility it should be to bring back the break, must be laughing their holes off at these clowns.

Radioshack and Omega working.

Omega for Vandenbroeck then...but Radioshack  Protecting Brajkovic 234243th place or what

Omega for VDB but Roche is six minutes behind and they have Bakelants & VDwalle in the break...or VDB might try something on the climbs...

Radioshack might do it for the team classification perhaps?

Tiago Machado of course:D

LOL, would love to see that.

They're probably just working to put someone on the break. Only 2 more stages left and they have nothing to show for other than Paulinho's 5th place in one stage and his combativity prize in another.

Anyone ?

Zubeldia and Irizar are basque, that may be a reason - otherwise it could be the penalty for not being represented in the break just as well

Radioshack is hours and hours behind in the team classification. They have as much chance of winning that as I have winning the lottery today

Most likely their just getting face-time at the front. A few slots on next year's team still up in the air?

Maybe they know Sky aren't going to bring the group back, and their only chance of winning the stage is to bring it back themselves.

the talent is talking about giving robbie mcewen one last chance of a grand tour victory. highly unlikely.
This is what Froome said at today's sign-in.
"Most of the Vuelta is over. I’ll try and stay out of trouble and see if there is an opportunity to win but I doubt it."

Trying again... this time in the proper thread...

Eeeh... How come Kristof Vandewalle is listed as not being on any team? He is a QS guy, right?

Peloton 47 seconds behind. Radioshack especially working. Nobody understands why

Jesus Christ, just another reason to dislike Bruyneel and all his works. Unless of course it all kicks off on the climb because everyone is back together, in which case I'll forgive him this particular crime.

What?

Evans is a great time trialist but Contador is on a higher level.

What I want to say: if you have an ITT on the final days, all riders will ride expecting that stage.

But this year in La Vuelta, time trialists had the chance to recover time lost on the first mountain stages, but bad trialists had the chance to recover time lost on the ITT: I think it´s more challenging!

That said, I have no doubt that an inform Contador will leave an in form Evans behind on any ground (and I like very much Evans)

Looks like Mollema will get the green jersey that he doesn't seem bothered about.
