Uh no... the peloton was already not far behind anyway. Winner is never going to come from break

Since BMC is in the break, I am extremely dissapointed with the peloton that they decided to chase it down!
Absolutely unacceptable:mad:

BMC deserves it. they chased after Vino's last chance for yellow in the TdF for no reason whatsover.

go peloton!!!

Stunning descent.
Breaks might find it tough, all the way to the end, with bonuses on offer.
Still, thankfully, this race isn't much ado about BMC.

The final big showdown to decide the champion of the Vuelta is upon us with many of the gc positions to be finalised.

Am I wrong or is the Giro 2011 still causing disappointments on GC? Everybody who raced that looks as beleaguered as Bertie did at the Tour.

My god Matt Keenan is the most boring, inane commentator I have ever heard.

"a dropped water bottle, one of the risks of professional bike racing"

It's incredible how different Spain's landscapes are from north to south.

Yeah it's always depressing just watching them roll through the arid wasteland day after day.

He keeps asking questions, and then realises that there is no co-commentator to answer them. Not a one-man job: are there any other broadcasters who expect the commentator to fly solo, and does it work for them?

Has anyone mentioned Pardilla has given up? Food poisining at Movistar

Ughh.... Sucks when you have a pretty good Vuelta, only to fall at the last hurdle due to some dodgy food. Sucks for him, although this will bump him up a few notches in the attractiveness ranking for next year's CQ game. :p
