Top5 climber on the break? I don't agree. I rate Moncoutié, Amets Txurruka, David Bernabeu, Fabio Duarte, Intxausti and even Luis Leon Sanchez stronger than him. The truth is that Paulinho is a mediocre climber.

The results that you speak of are from many years back and the Ventoux stage you talk about he wasn't that impressive. He finished 51th, and he just did his job during a few km like Stuart O'Grady did this year on the Tour. But you don't say that he's a strong climber.
I said top5 at best:)

I don't agree with your vision on Bernabeu but I think you're right about the others. See I don't think he'll win or contest, I was just trying to point out that I don't agree that he is a mediocre climber as you say.

Sky starting to run out of domestiques, Xabier Zandio just went out the back.

But the point is, you remember who is the sponsor - SIDI :D So at the end, the add works :p

not necessarily, say you go to buy a new pair of shoes, you see a nice pair of Sidi and go to pick them up *flash of naked Pozzato* *flash of surprised looking Nibali* perhaps I'll buy the Shimano's instead! :D

It's Not everything about the legs. Obviously there are better clmbers. But hes no fool and can outsmart stronger riders, IMO. That's why I rate him with a chance.
