It's not that bad, just rain. It isn't that cold or anything. Only, the roads are narrow and technical, and with rain it means some guys will crash.

Do it. I did it this summer. The disadvantage is that there aren't many roads next to the road around the lake which is narrow, busy and flat.

Well, in the southern side there is of course the Lombardia area, in the North not really.

Still, it is extremely pretty and very to cycle on the roads that are present.
