Impressive that Colbrelli was in the main peloton at 1:51. But then he couldn't even finish in front of Hesjedal in the sprint.

So just under 50kph required. Considering that they'll know they are cutting it fine, I think they'll just survive.

it's 46.15km/h ... so they can do it

This is proving more exciting than the whole stage itself.... :p
The stage was quite good actually. Disappointing about Farnese and BMC (while GC guys weren't supposed to do anything), but the fight for the win and the jersey was quite interesting.

escarabajos colombianos/montani3semper

Miguel Angel painted a best seller today. Caressed by both the Atlantic and the Pacific, with valleys and mountains, Colombia is Passion!. Vamos Colombia, tu puedes. Congrat to Savio as well. It was time for Lampre to make an statement, same as other teams which just seem to be happy to sit on the bunch and the gruppeto all day long. Don't send riders into the breakaway. Are barely above the litmus test in terms of Pro-Tour UCI points needed. Some other teams come to mind, but now I'll have a Cuba*Libre...(B...chess' waiting)

Agreed. It's dissapointing that Farnese and BMC didn't do a thing.
