Not sure. From replay, Cavendish was clearly quickest and closing rapidly.

Cav was placed appallingly, had been squabbling for places and mostly losing out until the last bit, he moved a little but nothing noteworthy, while Ferrari saw an invisible chicane or something. I can't explain that.
