Only 2 minutes. That's not enough.

And if we will see any attacks on the Tousuire. No way any GC contender will get more then 30s on Wiggins.

Whats up with all the swimming coach references? I'm assuming Sky has some doctor who was part of a swim team that is helping them dope?

Since you think they should just monitor watts. In sprint stages it's not about consistently producing a high number of watts. In mountain stages it is.

*facepalm* I don't want to burst your bubble. But I have to. Nearly all of the GC riders already do training like that. Actually Sky have copied it from others. They only perfectionized it.

But lots of pro's already train with powermeters and with intervals
Don't try to sound like Sky invented the light, mr july watcher

I do not Believe in Your words. Mister watching!

Kristoff was interviewed about BMC earlier this year. He said that he got no guidance from any trainer. The team didn't follow him up at all, except from asking him to lose weight. But he wasn't given a new diet or anything like that. There were no training camps either.

If they threat all their riders like that, it's no wonder that Sky are riding better.

Sounds more like sour grapes - maybe the French could learn the lessons of other teams and they might their own race again some day

di gregorio tried that. didn't work.

One one side: Four guys who have trained all year for one event, timed their peaks well, and are riding as a team
One the other: Guys riding as individuals who are variously past their best or not up to it.

Seriously though, the fact that Pinot is still there, but so many others not.. It really seems like it isn't only Sky that's strong, but the others are weak. Some from crashes, and some from other things. Sucks for the excitement.

Tejay dropping Evans ?

Zubeldia rejoining ?

you can't hand pick who is there, there is always someone there unless sky train rode everybody off

Indoor sprint stages will be really short. The one with the highest wattage over 15s gets the win.

Wiggins new trainer is a past swim coach.

And please stop the doping reference, or there is the clinic if you want to do that.
