EBH was doing the lead-out at about 1.5k, assume that Cav couldnt slot back in near the front. Maybe also a little steep and suffering from yesterday,

Great sprint from Greipel. Cav looked to be struggling with the slope and I suspect still feeling the effects of the crash yesterday.

Actually the peloton was just outside the 3k banner, I might be wrong though

cav was at the front with 1.5km to go... then 50th position. the opposite of the second stage.
