Who's says I haven't?

I usually don't like to voice those sorts of things against riders that are still riding. I like to give them the benefit of the doubt but that was just completely rediculous.

Rogers is ****, Porte is ****. They dropped everyone except Nibali and Evans.

And you want to talk to me about credibility? You have a big enough post count to know bull**** performances when you see them. Or maybe you don't I don't know. You are a Sky fan. But anyway from someone that has watched alot of cycling that was not a credible performance. Plain and simple.

Clearly, you are not used to having your frankly ridiculous assumptions challenged.
Eating a large slice of humble pie, not as palatable as a few kilos of sour grapes.

That was just the first climb, not the third week, where Cadel will be strong.

Accept that things didn't go according to you plans and if you want to start crying foul of the doping variety, take it to the Clinic.

Aside from that, I was very impressed with Nibali, Taaramae and Nick Roche.
Gutsy rides from all 3.

I have never seen such an enormous nobody turn into one of cycling best riders... Wow. Repeat of the Vuelta last year?

You are forgetting the Schistosomes in his system. Have a look at one through a microscope, and you'll see why they are not the best thing to have inside your cardiovascular system.

Once the helminths were eliminated, he showed his true potential.

The Stage-win will boost his confidence no end, too.

Meh, Taaramäe wanting top 5 and maybe even the podium...

Top 10 would be incredible in my opinion...

So is half of Britain registering and crashing the forum in the wake of UK postal's performance today? This isn't going to be pretty.

OK. That was impressive. Froome looked all the part. Sky able to to do it with Wiggins. Cadel still in with a chance.

Too bad froome puncutured, lost his GC chances there.
I must say he looks strong.

The tour is certainly not over, still two long weeks more and LOTS of mountains left to come.
The real battle will be in the 3rd week.

Well, with Wigans in yellow, Sky will have to control the peloton more or less from the start of every stage now. Hoping some other teams will try to take advantage of that to try and break them down earlier, so there's no UK postal train up the last climb of the day.
Question is - are there any teams who can actually do that. Rabo would come to mind, but with all the crashes I don't think they are capable of much. Radioshack? Does Basso have something in the tank?

Peloton split before the start of the proper climb. They were left in the second half but still lost more time than they would have done just because of that. Maybe Mollema would have finished somewhere between Schleck and Sanchez if they hadnt been in the wrong half (i think they were all in the wrong half anyway, at least some were).

I doubt that, because Van den Broeck caught up with Mollema after his chase and left him (as well as Gesink, Kruijswijck, Basso, Leipheimer, Klöden...) And this was at the bottom of the climb. And while he (JVdB) tanked, he still finished a minute before Mollema.

Now all we can hope for is that the 4 guys (Evans, Wiggins, Menchoc, Nibali) who haven't had bad luck, also lose time.

So far the Dauphine has been accurate. Evans and Wiggans evenly matched on the climbs. Sky's tempo preventing attacks. However Evans was a fair bit better than him on the down hill. So that may be Wiggan's weak point.

Well unless something crazy happens tomorrow and guys like Sanchez, VDB or Schleck can get a lot of time back, I am rooting for Nibali. Really anybody but Wiggins/Froome can win and I will be happy.
