What a ****ing ****.

Just when I was starting to warm up to him.

Hmmm. So you wouldn't be angry if someone shut the door on you at 60kph? Kluge was to blame.

The way Renshaw rode the sprint today... hmm... i guess he didn't realize yet that he isn't a lead-out man anymore. No wonder that he couldn't respond to Demare's move. Arno was perfectly led out by Delage (?) and IMO even if Cavendish hadn't fallen it would be close between him and the Frenchman. It's also the first time in this year's Qatar that Galimzyanov really featured in the sprint and he was fast as well.

Just like Cav is to blame for many many crashes. This crash was probably Cav's fault as well for trying to jump into an impossible hole.

Pisti beat me to it but basically - yeah, how many crashes has Cav caused in his career?

Demare 's accelaration had the marks of a true top sprinter with which he jumped the whole field effectively and then was able to keep his speed and hold off Galimzyanov and co by a fair bit.
Very very impressive and surely more to come from him especially as Fdj is now Protour

It looked like he tried to go between Kluge and Farrar which was practically impossible. I have to say Farrar`s kick in the sprints are a way off at the moment and even Boonen beat him easily in an intermediate sprint the other day.

I've re-run the clip a few times. Cav was obviously on Farrar's wheel, the latter went left, then right with Cav trying to hold his wheel. At the same time another rider moved half a lane to the left into Cav, the latter had to check his balance, but it was too late. It didn't look as if Cav was going for any `hole', I think he was waiting for bit longer to launch.

It was a racing incident. Noones at fault, just what happens in sprinting. If it was anyone but Cav it wouldn't have got five minutes on here.

Well it all started with a post saying Cav went after Kluge after the end of the race. If that is true, then Cav is a ****ing ****. If it isn't - well nothing out of the ordinary happened.

Ive seen no evidence whatsoever RE Cav after the race. You can imagine he would be ****ed off at who he 'thought' was to blame though.

Well, I guess twitter is not the most trustworthy source after all, but I mean if i tail-ended somebody on the freeway, got out, dragged the person out of the car and beat the **** out of him while screaming "You did it!!!", I'm pretty sure most people would consider me to be a ****ing ****

In other words, a complete non incident after the race

Yeah. I guess. By now, everyone's so used to Cav's ****ty behavior after races, that something like that is not even considered an incident.

Great win for Demare, really impressive kick and FDJ got it spot on today.

As for Cav's tumble let's put it down as a racing incident but why should we when he can take the blame?
