Last year I think HTC let Goss have some chances, which he capitalized on. No Goss on Sky. So I think Cav. Safe bet huh?

Cooke in sprint?? Seriously? He hasn't sprinted much for a long time.

Fairly sure it was Renshaw who was given chances by HTC at this race last year (reigning champion after all) even though Cav did race it.

Also, do you really think there is any hope at all that Brown will be there for anything but to lead out Renshaw??

Guessing Cav will be trundling round at the back today, and borderline to make the finish with the squad tomorrow, if the fever reports are true. Hopefully he can start his promised 2009 form on Tuesday.

This is pretty disappointing, been looking forward to this for quite some time, then in the last days I read there is a lot of wind (some cyclists said that via twitter) and then this happens . Hopefully more wind in the next stages.
