It's a confusing one as well. The last km is interesting, but the part before that, I've no idea where they are, whether the route is good or anything, who is pulling, etc. Chaotic to say the least.

Yes. Intxausti looked good as well, but over three weeks, not so sure. Should give Quintana opportunities.
