What's the deal with the bull thing? It's a culture thing. I understand everyone is entitled to his/her opinion but don't tell people of for culture.

Not when Syria is still happening at least.

I mean, I'm not agreeing that India people pull over for cows, but I will happily do so when I'm in that country (well, in that country one will have to stop for an stomach emergency anyway).

Can someone translate this for me.

Lol :D I can't, sadly.

I saw a few comments about the finish in the bull arena, so I went on a bit of a rant

Culture does not give anyone the right to hurt others.

The cow analogy is ridiculous. Harmlessly pulling over for an animal is not the same as hurting them.

If someone hurts an animal i dont care what god they claim to do it for or what idiot started the tradition, it is fiendish behaviour and i will call it what it is.

It's what Pamplona is known for. It's like the London Olympic RR ending in front of Buckingham Palace, or a stage ending in Miami would have to end in front of the INS building.

Didn't Sky go through the opening TTT last year with four for much of it, which, of course, was one less than required?

Yep - they made a complete mess of it with a crash, and then later one of their 5 remaining riders sat up after his turn thinking there were still more than that there, so the 4 ended up having to wait...

"Horrible animal torture is a respectable cultural tradition".

Let me make it clear, I'm not a fan of it either. I am even less of a fan of people taking the moral high ground on matters like this.

I know, my analogies don't always work

You're not a fan, but you respect it. My translation was spot on. :D
