Whats up with all this sniping? This "backward mentality" has not anything to do with it. So you really think that right out of the blue, at the right moment before the Vuelta starts, Froomes gf just by mere coincidence posts a disgraceful link directed against a close rival, while Froome has not anything to do with it? Get a grip.

This is what Armstrong used to do in 2009. At least he wrote them himself.

Again, why is thi so "obvious" to you? Shes always been opinionated even posted against wiggins in the tdf.

Is it that big a surprise to see Froomes girl take his side. Hes her ****ing soulmate.

For the same reason Obama's wife shouldn't tweet an "I hate Texans" vid. ;)

She can do it, it's just flat out stupid to do so.

That is perfectly said, "She can do it, it's just flat out stupid to do so"...I couldn't agree more!

So, a South African post an advertisment of an US tv, and it's a naive act:rolleyes:

I mean, her tweets against Wiggo during TdF are no different. It's the same pattern.

LMAO how those guys from universal said "Vuelta a espana" was just too funny.

I liked Armstrong's comment too, was pretty funny. I wonder what he would have done in that position where he could have losed/won the tour.

And no waiting for ulrich when you know you'll win the tour doesn't count:p

They were hillarious at times :D

But because everyone loves Contador here - people take more offence obviosuly when she "offended" Conta isntead of Wiggins.

I get why she's doing it, don't blame her not smart though. But with Wiggins it was just way more justified. I think that's why people are more upset on her now.

I highly doubt Contador cares what a girlfriend of a rival is posting about him on twitter, so I don't see how his fans should care either. Now if it was Froome himself posting it, it would actually be interesting. A rider throwing some mud around is something cycling could use. But if it is a girlfriend, mother in law, his babysitter or his gardener, I don't see why anyone should care more than if it was some random fan posting it.

I'm not offended, I think a cold war it's good for the show.

But without any story between Contador and Froome, they didn't ride any big race at same time even, it's strange.

We can argue she is a fangirl:p

Did not watch the tour of clinic-related-issues so did obviously not know about this Wiggins-twittering. Thought it was staged (could still be) because it would be a perfect way for a team to use a relative for their psychological warfare while not draw any bad attention to themselves. The excuse of "opinionated twittering girlfriend" is already given and works every time.

Is it that big a surprise to see Froomes girl take his side. Hes her ****ing soulmate.

Of course not. But this clasless acts is very much in line with what Wiggins hinted when he spoked about possible clean/doped winners in the Tour de France.

There is a difference between saying froome is stronger than wiggins and implying Contador doesn't play fair and whatsmore using as "evidence" for this Armstrong crying that contador didn't let him win and schleck pretty much doing the same.

Wiggins is not froome. Wiggins wants vino out of cycling froome seems pretty cool.with vino . Wiggins was complaining about spanish fans on pena cabarga froome said thank you to all those who.came out. Wiggins didn't want.to sign any autographs after veulta and when people started taking photos shouted "don't ****ing touch me" before being driven off.alone. Froome signed all autographs outside the bus until the driver told him to get in

As.for.this bizarre.conspiracy theory that sky would hire froomes girl to post stuff on twitter and then have to take the entire sexist **** storm that came her way, honestly is it that out of.this world to.suggests she posts of her own free will. What were sky supposed to get from her tweet anyway when they were trying to.show.sky.as a united front.

Im not a sky tdf team fan either but ill rather stick to what we do no know about them than make.up convenient conspiracy theories in a desperate attempt to keep.them on the side of evil on every little.issue.

That has absolutely nothing to.do with the discussion which is is Chris froome some grimm brothers villain criminal mastrrmind who for god.knows what benefit has his girlfriend post YouTube links against a rider. Or is he just a cyclist with a gf who has taken an fangirl position of her hubby. Considering the first opinion is promoted almostexclusively by a certain type of Contador fan, i am surprised to see you do not take.my side.on this.

Take his side?

It´s taking side posting BS about one of her SOULMATES rivals?
You think she feel he needs to man up that much before he dare to face Contador, that she have to do this, as a mental boost?

Then she´s smarter than I thought!

Take his side like ACF takes Cadel's side. Doesnt always makes sense, is often well overboard and doesn't do many favors to the rider, but the motivation is a blind love for the rider.

Froome has certainly become a pressure point for you, it's good to know. Btw, if she's his gf, then he thinks the same thing of Contador. It's part of relationships 101.

What's up with all these dots in your postings?

No, that was your discussion with No_Balls, not the only angle being talked about. My angle, and that of many others, is that she's being dumb and Froome should ask her to stop (which isn't the same as ordering her to stop or anything like that).
