So, Euskaltel in top 10 of a TTT.

For the first time since 1854.

Actually, no, I think in 2007 or 2008 they were second in a Vuelta TTT.

lol cobo better than froomy and alberto =)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

though let's keep it realistic, the great nairo quintana will be the team leader.and i feel he will deliver a huge surprise.

by the way,one of the most brutal TTT's i've seen, this one from movistar, crazy

alberto did some very long pulls,he's in excellent form
froomy and the colombian duo are very strong too

the vuelta starts with a bang

also caught some nice shots with kash :p hope he can show finally something on arrate

Once that Cobo is not in his best shape, Quintana to lead Movistar?

that's what we all hope

and unzue knows it too

both alejandro and juanjo will lose a lot already on arrate because alberto will attack tremendously

Big Mig would still own them all.
On THIS Vuelta parcours? I rooted for Indurain (granted, I was in elementary school at the time, and what's easier than rooting for the frontrunner at that age), but he wouldn't stand a chance over this route.

Worth noting, of course, is that this is the correct place to put that discussion. After all, the team that Valverde, Cobo, et al ride for is the former Banesto outfit that Indurain rode so well for.

Movistar wins, but Cobo kind of sucks and Valverde isn't good enough.

Good news for Quintana.

it shouldn't confuse. very likely juanjo did most of the job. :D

iirc is up to the previous winner to decide if he wants to start wearing the leaders jersey or not.
