Harmon doesn't know how to read the rulebook, that's changed this year to 12-8-4. Quite a few subtle changes (for instance, they got rid of the MTF category, replacing it with a Categorie Especial [I may be misspelling it], a category between the Cat. Fernandez and the Cat. 1) in the rules this year.
