to hype a rider is ok... to say things like this guy, havetts is saying is just sad.enjoy these 6 months mate.

so basically things I did ages ago I am still accountable for ergo it makes it alright for someone else to make this thread?

Tell that to Contador. Maybe he'll sympathize with you.

Good to see that Tour de l'Ain is expanding. 5 days again but with a split stage instead of merely a prologue.

Pot verwijt de ketel. :)

Just accept that people will glorify Contador during these 6 months. Just like I had to with Valverde and the whole non-Dutch forum has to accept Dutchies will hype their young talents before they even show anything. At least for you it only lasts 6 months ;)

Yep. I'm very impressed they've got the route details up so early too. Don't often see that for smaller stage races.

Jesus your signature is pathetic.

Don't feed the troll. He is just a poor guy, and the greatest moment in his life was the decision of CAS. What do you expect from him?

(also known as the cheer up Fleur and El Pistolero thread:p)

In Science news, a giant step towards intergalactic travel was taken today as the Hubble telescope witnessed La Vuelta a Espana move at many times the speed of light into a whole new galaxy of importance.

The Great One will return, and he's not happy.

He wants revenge.

This thread is for speculation. Speculation regarding the Vuelta now that the scene has changed.

How many stages will Contador win? (more or less than 8?).

How many minutes will he win by?

How many tdf contenders will back out of the 2013 edition after seeing this display?

How many riders will finish outside the time limit on Bola del Mundo after Bertie flies up it like Apollo 15 on take off?

(Those who want to say - how many dope tests will he fail, thats taken ;))

As to the other aspects of the race (if there are any), Igor Anton, sorry mate not this year either.

Joaquim Rodriguez - unlucky man. How do you choose, Tour with 90km tt or a Vuelta with Contador.

Ivan Basso - errr you still want to do the Vuelta?

Revenge for what exactly?

Hmmmm. Can Alberto possibly hang onto Sky's coat tails as Froome and Wiggins TT in tandem up Bola:rolleyes:

Seriously, poor Froome, he probably thought he had a chance this year;)

Bigger groan from Cobo.

For this unfair ban.

I am sorry for you that the decision didn't go the way you hoped and that you will enjoy cycling less for the next 6 months.

But the ban isn't unfair... he cheated, got caught, and now he is paying the price. It is official now.

Haha, ok thats another way to look at it. :D:D

Sigh, 6 months to go to see the fangirls cry about the revenge of the almighty and the inevitable bashing of Andy Schleck. 6 more months of, IF ONLY CONTADOR WAS HERE.. 6 more months of BUT IT WASNT A JUST AND FAIR DECISION.. 6 more months of CONTADOR COULDVE CYCLED UP THE MOUNTAIN FASTER IF IT WERE HIS D*CK PUSHING THE PEDALS.. etc.

Guess ill stop here.

Cheer up Thomas ;)

Did you happen to read the news today? He got banned.

edit: what Florecita said.

Yeah I did but to seek revenge implies that you have been wronged. As I just stated to Florecita, he cheated and got caught, and is now paying the price.

It is a sad day for cycling and for his fans but you should all be asking why he would let you all down by doing this sort of thing.

Not being disrespectful here, just being realistic.

Not only froome, in a radio interview last month basso said that he thinks the vuelta route is the best for him of all the Grand tours.
