Will Contador rise or drop even further?

No way he will DNS/DNF - he needs the racing miles.

He wont suck as bad as today. He will be the last to stick with Froome/Porte, but he will get dropped.

MY guess is that Contador will be dropped by Boasson Hagen early in the climb.

Willing to do an avatar bet on that? if he does I will have a Froome-avatar for the rest of the year, if not you will have a Contador-avatar for the rest of the year?

Probably this...

With Contador being but a shadow of his former self, the TDF will be yet another snoozefest. I really hope Contador can turn things around tomorrow, but I can't see it happening at the moment.

able to follow i voted but it's unrealistic. but who knows maybe he wants to prove something tomorrow.

what is the record lol? strava?

i see tomorrow a splendid g thomas absolutely slaughtering the field on valmorel. sky will push an infernal pace.

Really curious to see what the Polish Hammer will do tomorrow. He was superb in Prati di Tivo earlier this spring so he should be able to follow the big names.

I don't think Contador will be dropped too early.

Isn't he getting a bit too ambitious? I mean he wants do well here, the Tour is getting more likely, he want to win Poland...

This. I think they want to demoralize/humiliate AC and the other GC candidates if possible.

Does this also mean no Tour de Pologne?

I don't know, somehow I though both races were overlapping again this year, so I though it would be either one or the other. But with one week in between in might be still possible. There's nothing about that topic in the article as far as I can see

intensive drilling the peloton and Froomester turning on a Pena Cabarga mode from 2-3k to go. About 400-500 meters attack without flopping on the saddle.
