That's a whole lot better than a glorious 104th place some predicted:p

I can only apologise profusely for massively underestimating Andy's ITT abilities.

what about Mollema
I'm not sure, how is he now? He looked nice in Andalucia, Murcia then not so great in Tirreno (although a good finish in Chieti). Let's hope for the best.

And an off topic question you probably know: what kind of rider is Moreno Hofland? Climber, puncheur, sprinter,...?

Puncheur+sprinter. Probably more sprinter than puncheur. Although he did win the dutch champs on hard course very nicely.
Sprinter after a (semi)hard hilly stage.

Probably somewhat better than the other amazing talents they got on board there, Bol, Van Winden and Vermeltfoort. (Or at least I hope Hofland doesn't fail as badly as these three)

Van Winden didn't fail badly, in fact he was riding very well last year (and is now out due to a surgery gone bad).

Every country has its failed talents, of course as a typically pessimistic Dutchie you only focus on your own country ;)

yep the amount of failed talents (guys that did well u23 and vanished) from france, italy, belgium, spain (the big 4) are countless. But nobody cares because they have big stars as well.

Nah, I'm just filling the gap Ryo left, so I'm just here to bash Rabo/Blanco and CT team. :D

Sounds like the type of guy that can get a couple of decent wins every now and then. Maybe contend for Amstel one day since it's a very important race for them.

Although, I bet he'll say something like this: "I have a bit of work to do"

On his website he said he had a "small problem."Which could be shorthand for "legs don't work " or maybe bike problems, dunno. He does not sound too perturbed. It sounds like he is only worried about the Tour this year, early signs are less than ideal but long way to go..........and he he has a bit of work to do!
