Not in the same post as saying Pate shouldn't be dropped on this course. Problem for Blanco is they are just too heavy and their climber-types aren't names you'd usually associate with a great TTT.

Gesink, Kelderman, Clement and Kruijswijk are all decent itt-ers as well

Did Sky just race past Lotto? 3 minutes in that TTT seems quite massive to me.

eta: oh, ok, only one random Lotto, I wasn't paying much attention.

the good Ol' "shifting Issues" ... but I thought Sky's scientific approach would have foreseen this prior to races....
