Rain now constant but not torrential, roads will be wet and the many descents in first half of 54km time trial will cost Wiggins time.

cant wait see how dowsett does on final climb, that could make or break him he is a fantastic tt rider on normal course.

If Wiggins is not ahead by a significant margin in the GC by the end of this this stage, yesterday's stage won't have mattered anyway because he didn't have the form to win the race in any case.

These are no stop and go corners. It are sweeping corners hat can be done at high speeds.
