This TT reminds me of the Vuelta al País Vasco where the stage was very technical so it favored the climbers a bit also. Is not the usual flat non-technical TT so Wiggins was not going to have that much of an advantage.

Then again, Clement took 27 seconds on Dowsett.. So Wiggins gained 22 seconds on Clement.
