Vanmarcke's preparation: crash, injure knee, only do swimming for a couple of weeks.

Result - Vanmarcke is awesome, Sky are ****ing horrible! Next year they should do swimming instead, at least they have a swimming coach

Sky made a decent race today actually imo. No real result to show for in the end though of course.
