No. Since Greipel had gear problems, he couldn't use his 11", so he had to sprint on the 12". With the right gear, he would have crushed the other guys.

Cheers. That was really impressive sprint then. Griepel and Cav both in great form then it seems, and the latter with a fully committed train this year. Let the countdown to the Tour commence

Actually it's pretty unknown for everybody. Some say it's pretty hard, others say that even an in-form Gorilla can do it. I expect guys like Boonen,Roelandts, GVA

That's for today, you mean? Tomorrow they're doing a lot of hills. I expect rather big time differences, and guys like Gilbert should be able to make up time to martin.
