Maybe it's because Radioshack wasn't as fast as previous years, but Andy looks very fresh. Considering the TTT is probably his worst discipline I think this is an encouraging performance.

Well, they had to wait for Andy I suppose.

Tbh I don't think Andy was the weakest link there. I think it was more the lack of Cancellara that did them in ;).

Lol at the Shack hate, where are any super TT specialists on that team? They did pretty good to me imo. Nice by Orica, thank goodness they beat Sky, day has been made.

Maybe, it wasn't a horrible time anyway, just not good.

Not good for potential breakaways I guess. Orica now going to do everything in their power to help the sprint teams until the jersey is gone.

+1, they really weren't expected to do anything special without Cance or any other big name TTers. They did fine under the circumstances.

I'll agree with that assessment.

Well- wonder if Vaughters is rethinking his selection. Navardauskas, Bauer, and Dennis were the 3 riders dropped.

Expected better from Movistar and BMC. Great result for GE and they were not even getting time checks, their radio was not working.

WINNERS of the day (Compared to expectations)

OGE
Saxo

LOSERS:

BMC
Garmin

As expected:

Sky (Good to see Geraint going so well though)
OPQS (Will be disappointed not to win but hey they now have more helpers to chase breakaways)

Expected more from Movistar and Garmin.

Also Belkin should've been into the top 10, but the time differences are negligible.

it does annoy me how poor likes of ag2r can be in ttt, when teams like katusha with simliar riders can limit their losses alot better.

I think Movistar will be happier than BMC though. But no huge time differences.

Trouble is they have to match Froome in the individual TTs which they won't. Evans would be disappointed as would Valverde.
