Yeah probably, just a bit ridiculous to see this stage although it's being probably a very hard one for the peloton.

That's his suffering face. They were riding pretty dam hard for a pretty good stretch. Couple that with his injury and nervousness (this is where he missed the split ffrom 2009), I suspect he was using a lot of energy.

Any team going to show some balls today? Hoping for Quickstep I guess, without GC aspirations though so no real need.

He will get back but if he doesn't barge his way to the front he will still be in trouble if there is a split
