how is duque supposed to win a massprint on speed these days
Some of them must have some shape sometimes. Hey, do you know what's up with Duarte? Is he a commited professional? He never seems to be in shape... He was so good at the end of the Giro then nothing. Just an honest question.

he's completely unmotivated. he started giro in horrible shape and only came into shape in final days. but even then he wasn't in top shape. he's tremendous talent but mostly unmotivated. he will leave coldeportes though so I think he just doesn't care anymore until next year

It sounds like he needs a DS/ more structured team (?) that can help him to keep his performance and motivation high all year.

yes, but who could that be. whatever motivation he gets is out of himself only. like when he rode with geox first few months he wa smotivated to ride in europe on highest level
