Don't worry. I expect Andy to be in a break or two in some of the later stages. He'll be fine in the Tour.

He dropped later than other riders (Klöden, for instance)
Seeing as this is the first race after a prolonged training session, I'd say it's fine. He never really cared for Suisse overall, not now not ever - I'd say he's here for a stage win and is fine with losing time today.
