Sucks for Haussler, he's had a hard time the last couple years but has finally been showing some solid results this season with IAM. And then this happens. Really hope he can come back strong from yet another setback, it's quite a big setback though.

From what Haussler said, it sounds like the cause was a case of wheels crossing?
