and again, the hot conditions are the same in august in europe.
yesterday's stage was great not miserable. it will always be remembered as the stage andy came back. history written in escondido.

probably the best thing about cycling in usa are all the trolls that are running a long the rider,s last year when live I saw someone **** I thought I died laughing. in your face usa censoring :L

Not sure if you have seen this one. It is a pic from the Dana Point GP Pro 1-2 crit race last weekend here in SoCal. This freak did a lap behind the peloton.

Good evening, I have decided to stay up to watch this stage, so I'll be joining you in the thread tonight.

Have not been able to take too much advantage of the great live feed though because spanish internet is slow as f***, seriously, you have no idea. It keeps stopping for me but so far it is bearable.

Does anyone have another link for Eurosport maybe? The ones from steephill are not working for me right now

As for Palm Springs, I visited it back in 2008 I think and this is a pretty surreal place, it is really like an oasis in the middle of the desert. I wonder how much water they must use to keep all that up, they have some sort of a botanical garden for example. Are they natural springs, does anyone know? Or did they just call it that?

Wasn't able to go up that lift, that was a shame. But I remember driving out from Los Angeles we came by an enormous windmill-park in the desert and I thought "Way to go, Arnie!!!" :D
